This is Part II of The Headwaters History Series.
From the San Antonio Water Works to the park bearing his name, George Washington Brackenridge and his 280 acres of fertile land along the San Antonio River laid a strong foundation for our city. Come enjoy a history walk around a portion of his former property at the Headwaters at Incarnate Word, visiting Brackenridge’s family home and one of his favorite spots, the Blue Hole spring. The class is limited to 12. Alex Scott Antram, Executive Director, Headwaters at Incarnate Word will lead the walk.
