Request an Organized Event at the Sanctuary
Please fill out our General Use Request Form if:
You want to visit the Sanctuary in a group.
You want a guided tour of the Blue Hole and Sanctuary.
You want to host a special event at the Sanctuary.
Any organized purposes that is not independent recreation or spiritual reflection.
Filling out this form helps us avoid multiple groups wanting to visit the Blue Hole and Sanctuary at the same time.
Please note that visits to Headwaters outside of normal business hours (after 5:00 pm during weekdays) are strongly preferred. Please contact us if you would like a visit, but are unable to come after normal business hours.
