Bats: Facts and Myths! - July 26, 2018, 6:30pm-8:00pm

Historically bats have had a bad reputation. Coco Brennan, will discuss the many benefits bats provide human and debunk the common myths about them. Threats to bats and how we can help bats will be addressed. Ms. Brennan will discuss bats in general and then the Mexican Free-tailed Bats specifically. Information about the Bracken Cave Preserve, owned and managed by Bat Conservation International, will be offered.

Coco Brennan is a Texas Master Naturalist and a volunteer for Bat Conservation International at the Bracken Cave Preserve.
